On top of this, the unique amaranth colour will bring a bit of \u201coomph\u201d to your table!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Ingredients for 4 people:<\/strong> <\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>400 g of orecchiette<\/li><li>1 pot of beetroot salsa dip<\/li><li>pecorino romano cheese to taste<\/li><li>40 g of shallot<\/li><li>1 sprig of thyme <\/li><li>table salt to taste<\/li><li>black pepper to taste<\/li><li>extra virgin olive oil<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Procedure:<\/strong> Clean and chop the shallot and let it brown in a pan with a drizzle of oil. Season with the thyme. Cook the pasta in boiling salted water and pour a ladle of the cooking water over the sauce. Drain the orecchiette a couple of minutes before the cooking time. Tip the orecchiette into the pan and add the beetroot dip.
