Greek Salad with Basil and Coconut Milk Dip

Green, red, white, purple, black: Greek salad is a triumph of colours that celebrates all the colours of the summer on a single plate. If you’re on the lookout for a delicious, light dish, which is at the same time, fresh and simple, then this recipe is the one for you.

Ingredients for 4 people:

  • 1 cucumber
  • 3 tomatoes
  • 1 red onion
  • 1 green pepper
  • pitted black olives
  • 200 g of feta cheese
  • oregano
  • extra virgin olive oil
  • salt and black pepper
  • 1 pot of basil and coconut milk dip.

Procedure: Wash and chop all the vegetables: the pepper and the onion into thin slices, the tomato into pieces and the cucumber into slices. Arrange them in a large salad bowl. Season with a pinch of salt and freshly ground pepper, flavour with extra virgin olive oil and add the basil and coconut milk dip, mixing well.


A nutritious main meal as Greek salad is very substantial. However, you can still impress your guests with a main course of veal morsels with carrot, tomato juice and orange dip. A guaranteed winner!
